A Ruddington based gym owner and nutrition coach is opening up spaces to villagers to enrol on her next 6 week nutrition programme, which aims to help people achieve their weight loss goals without resorting to crash diets.
As well as being a co-owner of Compound Strength and Conditioning on Brookside Road, Jules Abbott is also owner of The Nutrition Plan. “The goal of The Nutrition Plan is to help as many people as possible to achieve their body composition and health goals in the most fun way possible, that also fits around their lifestyle” explains Jules, who has already worked with a diverse range of clients assisting them to achieve some impressive results, as can be seen below.
“The Nutrition Plan does not only help people look and feel great, the goal is also to help people whose current habits threaten their overall health in a more dangerous/serious way” she says. “The thought of people losing their loved ones to such an avoidable fate is something very close to my heart and helping people turn their lives around is my passion.”
Losing her dad at 65 in 2018 to an unexpected heart attack, largely as a result of his lifestyle choices, only strengthened her ambition. Jules has also had her own personal battles in the past with weight and body image and says her passion for all of her businesses comes from wanting to help people avoid making the same mistakes that she did.
“If you’re looking to make a change for yourself, or if someone you love is in need of help with their nutrition or lifestyle, please get in touch. I’m waiting to help!”
Jules’ next six week Nutrition Plan programme starts on Monday 5th April – but you’ll need to register by Wednesday 31st March by visiting www.thenutritionplan.co.uk/6-week-plan.
